Al Abdulghani Motors For Duty:
- Receives walk-in customer’s requesting for appointment booking and other inquiries; meet and greet.
- Provides customers with vehicle status information when needed.
- Provide customer service by appropriately answering all email and inbound phone service appointments
- Utilize professional communication skills to build rapport with customers, promote products and services, and increase the AAM’S brand images
- Handles customer requests and complaints with professionalism & integrity. Guiding customers in the reception
- Refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution, when necessary.
- Contacting customers regarding open recalls, special order parts installation, and customer loyalty calls.
- Carries out any other relevant assignments requested by the direct supervisor.
- Serve as the information and communication center for Mechanical and Body Shop and coordinate between workshops.
- Customer handling ,supporting service advisors to deliver their vehicles .
- Quality Gate form preparation as per TMC regulation.
- Preparing Estimation reports on daily basis ,contacting Cash customers for their appointment .
- CRM cases follow up and closing .
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets to monitor and measure individual performance and productivity.
- Maintain customer database, inputting, updating and modifying information as needed.
- Collecting of all financial and non-financial data from finance and other departments/branches for preparation of monthly report/MIS etc.
- Orders and maintains office supplies and use office equipment to perform daily activities;
- Keeps file records in a well organized manner and keep the office area clean and tidy;

- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- Good Communication Skills ( English and Arabic)
- Proficiency in using Excel and CRM systems
- 3 – 5 years of experience in similar role
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
