Job Summary

• This job is located in the activities of (investigation and disciplinary cases – fatwa, legislation and judicial disputes) and its occupant is specialized in conducting high-level legal research and studies that are related to various management activities in accordance with established principles, rulings and fatwas. The job holder has great freedom of action in dealing with topics within the limits of approved laws, regulations and plans, and proposing Decisions required to develop the activity.Duties and responsibilities
  1- The incumbent is subject to the general direction of the competent president, and the duties of this job are characterized by a high level of difficulty and responsibility.He performs the following tasks:-
  • Conducting legal research and studies on topics referred to him by his presidency.
  • Completing the subject papers referred to him to express his opinion and making contacts with various parties to prepare those subjects.
  • Organizing the administration’s legal library and preparing laws related to the topics under study.
  • Taking procedures for lawsuits filed by or against the Ministry and preparing the necessary memos regarding them.
  • Follows up on the rulings issued in lawsuits and expresses an opinion on their implementation or files an appeal against them in cooperation with the concerned authorities.
  • Preparing legal responses to prepare lawsuits and exemption requests.
  • Study and examine administrative grievances submitted by various employees.
  • Examines complaints referred to the administration, conducts investigations into financial and administrative violations, and expresses an opinion regarding them in preparation for presenting them to higher authorities.
  • Reviews the wording of contracts concluded between the administration and its clients, discusses problems and difficulties in implementation, and finds appropriate solutions to them.
  • Participates in internal and external committees related to work.
  2. Providing practical experience in the field of specialization.
  3. Expressing opinion and advice to raise performance efficiency and achieve goals in accordance with comprehensive quality standards.
  4. Any other work assigned to him.Conditions for filling the position:-
  – Obtaining training courses appropriate to the nature of the work.
  Full knowledge of the Military Service Law, the Human Resources Law, and the applicable regulations.

  Minimum requirements :-

• Experience in a similar role will be advantageous
• Required Skill and Certificate
• Doctorate degree (specializing in law) and a minimum of 16 years of experience- Master’s degree in law, or (2) diplomas in law, one private and the other general, with a minimum of 17 years of experience.- Bachelor’s or Bachelor’s degree (specializing in law) and a minimum of 20 years of experience
